This was harm's second album, a double cassette released in 2000.

This album was recorded on 4-track and digital 8-track January '99 to March '00 in Forbes Hall 604 and WPTS Production Rooms A and B.

Keyboards used on this album: Casio sk-1, mt-18, mt-46, mt-100, mt-205, and an old Korg Poly-Ensemble on "The Staging Ground".
